The car looks fantastic. I like the repairs and the time to completion. I also appreciate the last-minute lookup of my fog light that was not turning on. A simple connection was needed and it was taken care of quickly. Nice, clean, and proficient.

Since the start of my journey to fix my car, the staff at caliber collision have been so nice and attentive. I first spoke to Diana the receptionist I asked her what this whole process consist off , she was friendly and explain what needed to happen. She made me feel safe and sure of trusting them my car. I let her know that I would be taking in my car on a certain day , on that day she called me to ask if I was still taking my car in I let her know that I was waiting on the tow truck. When I arrived everything was ready for me. I then met Jose , we did a walk through of the damages to my car, he was detailed in everything that was going to happen next. What surprised me the most of this place is their excellent customer service . I was informed of every stage my car went through, my time frame was may 20, Jose was able to have my car ready by May first. The car looks new , like it was never in an accident . Would 100 percent recommend this place.
