All the personnel I came in contact with were down to earth 🌎 friendly and cheerful. Everything that I needed to know was explained in detail so that I would know what was going to be done. Caliber has a fantastic crew. A great place to bring our wounded vehicle. 😃

I am highly satisfied with my experience. The staff are so helpful and friendly. I’m the type of person that likes to call and follow up ,but with them I didn’t need to! I loved how I received text updates. My repair was so fast and efficient I’m so glad I picked this company.

Customer service was excellent from the minute I walked into the office. Very kind and helpful customer reps. My assigned rep was in constant communication with me during the whole process/repair. He also had no problem answering any of my questions as well as providing me with a lot important information about my vehicle's repairs.

The personnel was very friendly, helpful, kept constant communication. It was a pleasure working with Carey - I think was his name. Office Manager was very kind as well, very hospitable, and welcoming. All employees would offer popcorn and water that are available for the customers in the lobby, and a small kids' bench w/ board games and books for the kiddos. Great environment w/ great customer service.
