From the start, the nice lady at the desk helped prompt the rental company to come pick me up after noticing I had been there a little bit. Brad communicated throughout regarding completion proactively. I was excited when I arrived to find my car was not only washed but very shiny. The interior had been cleaned as well. I got there a few minutes after closing without a ride, they said leave the rental keys and car for the rental company to come pick up which solved my problem. Walked out extremely satisfied.
