I had a question about wheel alignment. Wasn't sure if it was pulling left. You were going to contact insurance and get back to me. I haven't heard anything, and that was almost two weeks ago. Car looks good.

Brad and Karla were incredibly helpful throughout the repair process, from scheduling the initial appointment, all the way to picking up my keys. It’s hard to say that being in a crash was a good experience, but my experience with Caliber was excellent!

I had the work done at your shop based on previous experience. That experience was outstanding. When the first project was done, I lived near the shop. Now this last project, I had moved more than an hours drive away. I stick with good, professional and kind businesses. The extra time involved on my part was well worth it. Caliber Collision staff were absolutely amazing with my car repair. They worked quickly, updated often, and were incredibly kind. This all happened the same week as my delivery of our newborn and they worked with us daily to help get the car picked up and not be charged extra. Very thankful for them in this process!

I dealt with Carla and Brad mostly and they were very nice and polite. They kept in touch with me to let me know how everything was going with my vehicle. This place is amazing and I will tell everyone that if they ever need any body work done to their vehicle they need to choose Caliber Collision.
