My estimated pick up time kept getting pushed back, but it really didn’t have to do with the body shop part as much as the tire people who didn’t show up one day, didn’t have the tire another day and couldn’t find the locking key to my wheel lug nut overall, adding another week to the time I could pick up my car. We had used this body shop location before and never had experienced this kind of delay. So I feel the problem was really on the tire company side, but it did taint my overall experience.

Took my Tacoma back in the day after it was picked up 12/11 because of a couple items were not completed correctly. Waiting to hear back after they told me they would contact me to get things taken care of. - Paint on hood/fenser match original color does not work original paint - Paasenger door jam still bent from where front fender was pushed back into - headlamps do not have sequential blinker like original - Noticed whistling sound from passenger sode of car driving down the highway.

Everyone was very friendly. When I brought my car back because the wind through the driver's door was very loud, they insisted nothing was wrong. I can see the issue with the door, and will have to bring it in a third time.
