Carla quickly and efficiently handled all the paperwork necessary to make the repairs. I was having a hard time making connections with Enterprise to get them to pick me up at the shop. She was able to make contact with Enterprise for them to pick me up. Brad Knipp kept me up to date on each step of the repair (estimated dates of part availability, initial repair, painting, and putting vehicle back together. It was nice to have a company communicating with me on the progress. Brad did a great job of setting the expectation for the repair. Mike (manager I think) introduced himself as he was going back and forth between the office and the shop. He stopped to talk with me which I found was refreshing. Chris Poole (repair tech) did a good job of getting the vehicle repaired to its original condition.

I was very frustrated with the scheduling process to get my car in there. There was no follow up to schedule. I had to reach out 3 times before I someone reached back out to me. Everything after that was easy and a good process.

Everyone was great. Friendly. Professional. I rushed back to get my truck after being notified that the work was done. I walked in just a few minutes before closing. They were all extremely nice and no one seemed rushed. Thank you.

Should have been warned about the car needing washed before servicing rather than wait until I get there and then have to leave again to get it washed
