Car was dropped off 11/16/21, I was told there was no appointment. After looking it up I was told there was an appointment. I offered to email/fax the insurance estimate, the office manager told me that wasn’t necessary. Then 8 days later I got a phone call saying work couldn’t be started on my car since there was no estimate from the insurance company (the one I had offered to email before I dropped off and was told it wasn’t necessary). Major communication issues that just made the dealership look unprofessional and incompetent. After having multiple positive experiences with the repair shop prior to the ownership change, this experience left me with little confidence in the new ownership. I will say that my actual repair seems to have gone okay, but the process to get there was not acceptable.

Repair quality was fine but the place was a total mess. Took them 8 days to tell me they couldn’t start working on my car because they didn’t have an estimate from the insurance company. I had offered to provide this before I dropped my car off, but was told it wasn’t needed. Just seemed like the place was completely disorganized. I had positive experiences when the place was under different ownership, but won’t be going back based on how bad this experience was.

Poor communication, contradictory information. The part for my car ended up on back order and I kept getting automated emails saying my car is almost ready. It was a 3 month repair and I kept getting emails saying my car was almost done.

The staff I encountered, Ryan Travis were phenomenal! The repair people did a fantastic job on making the car look as good as new. Travis went out of his way to make the repair happen, and even rode back to my house to drop me off, come back to my house to pick me after the car was completed, as I had no ride otherwise. Thanks to the entire staff for job well done!

Honestly, I'm not sure I can think of a way I could have had a better experience. As a business consultant, I am pretty picky and notice every detail. The service and end result was quality, and my customer experience was quality. Loved the level of communication, and over-delivering on things like price, timeline, etc. I will recommend Caliber everywhere I go!

All the gentlemen at Caliber were so great. Worked extra hard to get my van ready on time because I have to use it for work. Cleaned my van-so nice! My van looked as good as it did the day I drove it off the dealers lot new. Thanks so much! You guys are the best!

Don't like the E-Mail survey blowing up my E-Mail. I didn't appreciate the guy that took my check saying I didn't have money in my account neither. That was rude and I did have money to cover the invoice, their scanner was the issue!! Really wasn't the situation it was how the gentleman said it and came across!! Probably needs to learn some more customer service value in my opinion. There's your survey!
