My blinker still doesn’t work and they said for me to bring it back another day. My windshield is still cracked. It had a chip before the wreck and with the impact it shot across the window.

Customer service was great, the challenge was the length of repair. Mainly in the early stages, scheduled and appointment to drop off, said they would get it looked at that day or next day and was over a week before it was looked at to even get quote and start ordering parts

I never have any worries when my car is in your shop! You all, are the best. I just wish people would quit running into my car when it's sitting at a dead stop or better yet, parked in a parking lot with me having 1 foot in the car and 1 foot still on the ground!

Start with front desk receptionist. I was created was smile and pleasantries! She was professional, experienced, and efficient in working with me. Brad stayed in communication with me throughout the process of my truck while at the body shop. The overall repair work Caliber Collision did on the body of my truck is of top shelf caliber and cannot be matched. Awesome job all the way around guys! Thanks you!
