The actual store personnel was great! The call center was horrible! They drove me crazy. I wanted to not use your company anymore because of the out of state call center. The personnel at the actual store did a great job

The office staff did a great job on dropping off the car. Her help was very much appt. The body work was done to my satisfaction. Problem arose on Monday when the car was completed. I called on Monday and Tuesday and was told it was an issue with the insurance. Both days I reminded them I was paying out of pocket. I had a rental car for $50 a day for 10 days. Because of the communication between insurance and the shop I had to keep the car until Friday when my car was ready, thus I lost out on $250.00 needlessly. Very disappointing on this matter
