This was my first experience having any bodywork done on my car. The staff at Caliber Collision was extremely easy to interact with as everybody was personable and very helpful. Dylan who was my contact for the repair, provided me with regular updates as to the status of my car. So I was involved every step of the way knowing what was happening and when my car would be ready. I really appreciated that. As far as the quality of the repair, my car looks fabulous! I am very pleased with what was done. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who is in need of this type of work. They are top notch!!

The repairs look great. It was a windshield and a side mirror, so this isn't technically difficult stuff but I have no reason to complain about the quality of the repair.

Not sure why the windshield wasn't ready the day I was scheduled to bring it in? I wasn't a huge deal for me but my insurance had to pay for a second day of rental.
