She kept me in the loop with updates and went above and beyond by pushing the insurance company to give me the quality parts and details they otherwise didn’t want to pay for. Stacy also was a joy and helped streamline the entire process. The two also coordinated and helped me with rental pick up and drop off. Top tier service if I’ve ever seen it!!

I was very pleased with the staff and the body work of my car. My insurance was a nightmare to work with, but Caliber was not. Open communication and several apologies even when it wasn’t their fault! Will definitely use you all again!
