From the time we made the appointment to the time we picked the car up was an excellent experience overall! The staff that we dealt with were very nice and super informative, we appreciated the updates on the status of our car which I believe we pretty much got one every day. The repairs were made in a timely manner. The repair team did a wonderful job, and the car looks new again. You can't even tell the car was ever damaged. Awesome Job Caliber, Thank you!

Great customer service, and the repairs made are pristine. Weird thing though, Car went in with a decent windshield, and when it came back it had a massive crack. don’t see how they would have busted it cause their work was down on the bumper and lights. It might’ve had a rock chip, it’s been hot.

Jared and Triston were highly communicative throughout the whole process. I never felt left in the dark. They were always reachable. My car looks great. Cherry on top - they washed my car too! She looks shiny and new from the outside.

The services was great. I got right in and my car was done before the scheduled date. The rear bend was damaged and I couldn’t even tell it was ever in a wreck. I would definitely choose them again. I loved the daily updates and fast friendly service.
