The repair didn’t have a consistent body line and communication was not good. Several hours to return calls and no updates other that the text we are working on your vehicle

They did not make sure all the sensors are working correctly. I get a permanent collision sensor warning that was not there before they fixed my car.

Really great experience, the team had my front bumper restored within a few days. I will say I just hate using insurance on these things because it seems like whatever it takes to get it fixed will just be fixed without the owner of the vehicles knowledge and then you’re stuck with higher insurance because the original estimate was much lower. Still really recommend the caliber team!

Everyone was awesome. James and the front desk were great. I was treated like I was the most important person there when I first arrived to ask about repairs up till I picked up my car.
