I gave a 5 because I need to be true to myself and I need to remain totally neutral on recomending because of the problem caused by the first glass guy as that really upset me and the needed improvement in communication. But, the shop (manager) went above and beyond to rectify things once the problem was discovered and was good with communicating, so that part would be a 10...even though it delayed me getting my vehicle back. So, I'll average the two numbers and say 7.5 overall.

I had to call tobget any "real" updates as the corporate automated messaging stinks and needs to allow the local shop to pick options to communicate better with the customers. Staff was courteous, but I got better communication once the manager had to step in and take care of an issue that happened because of the glass division.

The repair work on my tailgate looks amazing! Marcie was great to work with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I'm super appreciative of her being communicative with me while the truck was being repaired.
