I loved my service advisor, Marcie. She was incredible and went above and beyond in working with a really hard insurance situation to get my car fixed. I think overall they did a good job with the repair. I'm not thrilled that my car wasn't put together correctly and that it was full of paint dust. I also believe the repair caused permanent battery damage since I think it was unhooked and discharging for a month, causing my Auto Off to no longer work when I picked up my car. Additionally, there were brand new parts that had scratches through the paint, and a couple of chips I later saw that I feel strongly were caused during repair. But, after not getting a lot of help when I first went back to ask about Auto Off and some of the paint scatches on new parts weren't covered well, I didn't feel like I'd be heard if I brought up the paint chips I found later, along with issues with the restraint systems not being repaired properly.
