I loved the progress updates during the entire process. Dan was easy to communicate with, when I had a question he would reply promptly. Sherry at the reception was kind and easy to talk to. I know you all deal with collision repair on the daily, but I don’t!! I was grateful that you never made me feel stupid or talk down to me. We were so impressed at how quickly the repairs were made. We have already told people how impressed we were with Caliber!!

My van looks great and the process was simple and easy. I was very happy with how quickly my van was repaired! I loved the text updates telling me what was going on during the process and I was always quickly helped when I was in the shop. This was a great experience and I would recommend you to a friend!
