Got my car back and a piece that was damaged was not replaced. Went back to caliber and they said they’d order it. Haven’t heard from them since.

They did a great job on the work. My car looks super. Everyone was very courteous and made me feel comfortable. My car was finished ahead of the estimated date. My only concern was I had asked for another dent on my car to be looked at and for them to give me an estimate. They failed to do that.

I especially like the guarantee that f I find I'm not satisfied with anything about the work done at Calibur Collision they will make it right so I'll be a satisfied customer. And, all the staff there are really nice and give great customer service.
