Caliber repaired my car after an accident with a deer. My Honda Pilot had damage that was repaired by Tony and the Caliber team. All details were handled by Caliber including insurance. It was an easy turn around from drop off to pick up. There were no unexpected problems as everything was explained to us clearly by Tony who was extremely knowledgeable. We were treated as if we were family by all staff members with respect. Our car was returned to us clean and without any oversight to details. Thank you to Tony and team members for your help and support. 10 stars to all!

Kyle, manager at our local Caliber kept in contact with us by text or phone at least several times a week to update us on the status of the repairs and reasons for any delays due to parts deliveries, etc. He worked with the insurance company (at fault driver's company) to aprise them of costs, parts delay, etc.
