I cannot think of a better place to bring a car that needs work either if it is damaged or if it just needs to be cleaned up! I would definitely recommend.

The entire staff at the caliber Collision location in Leland were both friendly and helpful in repairing my car after a rear end collision. The person who handled the repairs, Kyle, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and the work that he performed was excellent! The repairs were done so well it looks brand new.

The people at the counter that greeted me were very courteous, helpful, and also were very experienced and knowledgeable. They let me know every step of the way what to expect, and when to expect it. They also were handy and ready with information that I asked for without having to wait for it. They understood what an accident will do to a person, and assured me that my vehicle would be done quickly, and professionally, which it was.

I was extremely satisfied with working with Brandee. She was professional, friendly, and kept her word when she said she would provide periodic updates. Small disclaimer- I have not personally seen or driven the car since being repaired but my daughter and husband looked it over and said it looked great. (If only the other side of the car looked as new! Haha!) Overall, fantastic experience. Thanks to Brandee and the service team.
