The only downfall was with being told my car would be ready on Wednesday after the person came to reset the blindside features. He did not come on Wednesday then I was told he would be there early Thursday morning. It was about noon before he came to finish the job. I understand he does not work for the company. Maybe the next time it would be better if a time frame is not given until you know for sure when the vehicle will be ready for pickup. Thanks for your service.

Great quality work and professionalism. My only complaint was that I was told multiple times it would be done on a certain date that came and went, sometimes with explanation and sometimes without any communication. Remember to under promise and over deliver. Let your excellent repair work be what customers remember first and foremost.

It was a little touch and go for a little longer than what was Anticipated. Tony the manager and Laura The office administrator worked with me to be able to get a rental car which spoke volumes in my dilemma of not having a car! I would honestly say that at the End of the day my car looked like a new car.Thumbs Up!!
