Besides the exemplary work performed on my cars, the best things about Caliber are the people and the communication. The people couldn't be nicer and better at their jobs. The communication never leaves me wondering what's happening to my vehicle. I told them the last time I picked up my car, "I hate needing a body shop, but I am relieved to know I can take it to Caliber."

This place was amazing from start to finish. They have worked with me through issues with my car. I now know why they have a good rating. I hope to never need to use them again but if I need a repair I will definitely use this place again. Jared and his team are awesome.

I was never called when my car was towed to she shop so it sat for days before I tracked it down. I was not emailed the documents to sign as was told to my husband. It took 2 months to get a part but never directly reached out to VW to see if they had the part. Front license plate was not put back on until I told them about it. The car now still has a groaning noise as if something was tightened too much possibly. I went almost 3 months without my car and do not have time or money for it to sit again.

It started with the friendly staff. They listened to my explanation of the incident. Jared, the body tech working on my car kept me updated on the progress of my repair. They were able to repair my truck in less time than originally planned. So that made me happy. Upon receiving my truck they went through everything they did, the lifetime warranty on the repairs. It was a great experience to work with such professionals.

My entire experience with caliber was professional, from the minute I walked into the door, the updates that were sent to my phone keeping me updated on his progress until it's final completion , which I was totally satisfied and it was done four days earlier than what they previously said.
