It was an easy experience. Dropped car off, rental was there shortly and I drove away. I returned the rental when done and checked out the repair with the service advisor. Looked great. Drove away. Great service.

Your team at the Lemoyne, PA location stand out for their knowledge and dedication to the quality of their work and providing a positive and supportive environment for each customer from the moment you arrive. That environment makes a huge difference in one’s overall experience at a stressful time. Other body shops can fix cars,but maybe In an unnecessary ,drawn out time-frame in an impersonal manner. The Lemoyne shop experience is what customers seek. I will definitely refer them to everyone.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Their team was incredibly quick, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was prompt throughout the entire process, and they kept me updated every step of the way, which made things much less stressful. The quality of the repair was excellent, my vehicle looks as good as new. They also made the rental car process simple and seamless, which really helped minimize the inconvenience of being without my car. Overall, I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency, and high-quality work. I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs.
