Michael Wagner was very passive and dismissed my concerns. The first time I was called to pick up my car the hood was hanging over my bumper and my hood did not close without a gap in between the hood and bumper. Also, the bumper color did not match the rest of my car. I was told by Michael corrections will be made. The second time I was called to pick up my car the bumper color still did not match. They never tried to match the color instead they took the bumper color and tried to blend it on my side panels. I was told by Michael it looked good to him and there was no way to color match the bumper to rest of my car. Horrible workmanship at this shop. I will never recommend anyone to bring their car to this business.

This group at the lemoyne is great they did a great job. They are alot better than the group in Harrisburg. I would recommend the lemoyne pa branch to anyone

The employee who did the estimate was Terrific. The experience other than that was sub par at best, everyone was very polite and nice but the follow through on what I was told would happen came up very short. I was told the rental car company would be meeting me at drop off for the repair. They did not. Upon asking why that didn't happen I was told they were not notified to do so. At pick up time of the repair I was told to drop the rental at Caliber and Caliber customer service would contact the rental car company to get the car. upon checking the next day with the rental car company this also did not happen. To make matters worse this occurred on a Friday which meant that my insurance company and also myself were still paying for the rental through the entire weekend!

Good, consistent communication, paperwork all in order, prompt repairs, done earlier than expected and when I couldn't pick up on new ready date due to being out of town, pick up time was extended so my rental would be covered until I could pick up. Great customer service. One suggestion would be slightly less vagueness in updates as far as what's actually happening to the car.
