So, everything was fantastic, except: it took them almost 4 weeks for the minor repairs to be completed. But overall, customer service was fantastic, the repairs look exemplary. They need to get different vendors for parts ordering though

Fantastic work! Really, it was fantastic. Customer service was spot on when "I" called. I was kind of disgruntled that it took almost a month to fix for minor repairs that were incurred. Come to find out their vendors they are using keep on shipping damaged parts so that was not their fault in further delay in repairing the vehicle. They should really find new vendors or have other vendors on standby. Overall, I will be using them again. One suggestion..... keeping better contact with the customer when things are out of their control
