Service level from the office personnel I would give five stars out of five. They kept me informed of the progress of the repairs and were delightful to work with. The body shop did an absolute perfect job on my F150 pick up truck. Also, when I received the truck, it was spotless and looked like it just came off the showroom floor. I could not be happier, and I thank the entire staff at your Lemoine branch.

When we first went to pick up completed vehicle, there were things we were not satisfied with. Once we spoke to manager, we left car there for additional days and the work was redone. The final completion looked great!
