The timeline was longer but was related to parts being delayed. I appreciate that Caliber was willing to keep price in line with the estimate since the dealership refused to pick additional costs required to remedy all of the hail damage. Auto Express Kia obviously does not have the same level of care for their customers as Caliber does.

It was a pleasure doing business with the home office. The office manager and the agent in charge were so nice and very efficient and kept me informed. The work done was wonderful. It was completed faster than I thought and the car has never looked so good. It’s a complete 10.
