I was dissatisfied in the condition of the exterior of the car. When I picked it up it was not clean. I had to go have it cleaned. The interior of the car was fine.

When I picked up my car, things looked okay, the paint looks like orange peel, not smooth. Also, at home, when checking my hood over again, we noticed that it is misaligned on passenger side and has a lot of play in it. Will address with insurance company in the morning. Also, it took longer then I was quoted when I scheduled the appointment. Not really happy
