Customer service was nice but the only tiny problem is that when they say they will update about the service you are getting in your car they forget to update unless you call the and ask for updates.

They found additional damage that I was unaware of but definitely existed from fluids in my driveway. Good communication, easy drop off/pick up, and car was cleaner then when I dropped it off. Great experience!

Unfortunately a minor driver made an illegal right turn from the left lane and did extensive damage to my front & back drivers side doors, headlight, side panel, fender, hood and the steering wasn’t working properly. From start to finish of my repairs with Calliber Collision, Lemoyne, PA all of the staff I texted and spoke to on the telephone, Brandie Clancy, Nicole Montgomery, Devon Zink were friendly and provided amazing customer service. These employees kept in constant contact via text and telephone as to the progress of my auto body repairs. They assisted in communicating between the other persons auto insurance appraiser as they accepted 100% liability. I’m thrilled with the service I received from Lemoyne #3792 location, and I will definitely recommend this location to anyone I meet that needs body work on their automobile.
