My car was returned to me with dirty black stains on the light beige color leather seats. There were new damages, chipped paint, and a scratch mark on the exterior that were not there before at the drop-off day. The car also did not appear to have been vacuumed. I am not happy with the work, and I would like Caliber to take care of all the areas that they overlooked and the damage that they caused in the process. If the car needs to be returned for a day, I would like Caliber to provide me with a loaner car.

Paperwork was unclear Stated work would be done in five days after a two month wait , but that was not so It was predicted to be another two weeks It WAS done a bit earlier than stated, after speaking with the advisor A little problem with the turn signals when driving home but called them and went back immediately - problem was solved Car was washed and clean on pick up Office personnel easy to work with
