The entire experience was effortless and easy. Litwin was great throughout the entire process and constantly kept me updated. Although there were delays, no fault of Caliber Collision, the vehicle was delivered in a timely manner. The quality of work was excellent.

Always excellent service, repairs and customer service. Litwin is awesome, I had a problem with my vehicle and he went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. Amanda at the front desk is always pleasant and attentive, give all the information I need and explains it well. I won't use any other Caliber than Libertyville. They treat their customers well.

The completion date was changed 4 times and it took twice as long as was initially told to us. When we picked up the truck we were just handed the keys and not shown what work was done. They also forgot to put the tundra badge on the door, so we had to go back again for them to complete the work.
