I have used this shop in the past and had a fine experience, but my recent visit for my brand-new Toyota Tacoma was extremely disappointing. What was originally quoted as a 3-week repair turned into 15 weeks. During that time, I was given 17 different delay notifications and calls from Litwin. The primary issue seemed to be a lack of a thorough initial inspection. We went through 3–4 iterations where your team only 'discovered' a necessary part after we had already waited weeks for the previous one to arrive. This 'can of worms' approach suggests a significant decline in mechanical oversight. Furthermore, I was very concerned that I had to push back multiple times against the installation of mismatched struts. On a brand-new vehicle, the expectation is a restoration to its original state. Having to fight for that standard was exhausting. I hope you use this feedback to look into your current quality control and inspection processes, as the experience was far below the standards I previously associated with your shop.

Yes, but only the libertyville location. Grayslake one had horrible customer service. I told my family to stay away from that one
