Chris was fantastic. Jean Hill the office manager was rude and condescending to us. This happened not once but 3 dif times, she acted like it was a bother for me to ask a question. She might know what was going on but we didn’t. She really needs to think before she snips at customers. Maybe she doesn’t like her job? It would definitely turn people off to this business. Also each time we came in Jean Hills answer were snappy short and she always had one foot ready to RUN back to her office, like we were a BOTHER to be there, how dare we interject ourselves into her business type attitude. She even rolled her eyes at me on my first visit. IF I were ever to use Caliber again I would prefer not to deal with Jean Hill.
