I prefer honest and forthcoming service. Not disclosing something and waiting for a signed acceptance so it can’t be disputed is shady.

My repair was excellent. However, after my husband signed and accepted he drove my car home and when putting it in park noticed that my gear shifter plastic protective cover is broken. Disappointing that the person who broke it didn’t just own up to it and fix it. Once it’s signed for, its all on us. It went in with a perfectly fine gear shift plastic protector and came home with a broken one. Not cool and not happy. I take good care of my car and this is unacceptable.
