Moffit did an outstanding job communicating through the entire process. I had never been in a car accident before and was not sure how the process was going to go. Don’t like being lied to, when they say the car is done, and it’s really not. Had to take the car to do with the Kia dealer to get a second opinion. Then returning to caliber and showing proof that there are still problems with the car related to the accident, argued with them About why they didn’t complete the job at the beginning
