The car still does not drive right all they fixed was the bumper now I have to wait even longer to get my car back and I have to pay to get it fix because I have to take it to a mechanic that actually will fix my car not just body work steering wheel isn’t even straight they have no concerns for my safety. The front staff and guy who provided me with my rental was excellent super nice and helpful but the female and male that came out to look at my car was horrible and treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about or even tried to see my concerns about the car and only wanted to fix bumper I knew from then it was going to be the worst experience ever I felt like they are frauds and against me. I should not have to suffer when I was the one who got rear ended they never even did a full evaluation on my car and gave me no documents of the inspection that should have been done not just looking at visible damage done to my car HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

Even though it didnât happen in a timely manner⦠Through no fault of theirâs as it took a while to get the parts in, they were very helpful and cooperative in helping me with transportation while they had my vehicle. I really appreciated the fact that they work in conjunction with Geico, along with Enterprise to make it a one stop shop.

The intial work on my vehicle was not completed, as the bumper was not installed correctly and the there were overspray spots on my mirror. I just noticed that my driver's side door lock was not reconnected and I have to return my vehicle to have the issue fixed. My bumper was (popped) out and the issue was extremely obvious and I do not understand how the issue was not caught prior to anyone attempting to return my vehicle to me.
