I greatly appreciate the job done on my truck. The fender and door look completely new. I also would like to thank you for going above and beyond by cleaning the vehicle afterwards. When I brought it in there were crumbs and some trash in the back seat, it was there because of a trip with the kids just before I brought the truck in. You guys went and cleaned the inside of my truck after your repairs, and that includes vacuuming the thing I should have done before bringing it in. Thank you!

Caliber replaced right rear tire because it was included in estimate, even though I replaced tire the day after claim was filed, had shown them the invoice, paid for new tire out of pocket to get me going again . Appears they changed tire again because it was on the estimate, even though tire was fairly new
