They had to keep the vehicle longer due to having to redo the mirror, they put the wrong one on and then they never replaced the window or tinting that we discussed in the beginning due to the car side door being hit in, the window going up and down didnt work right and when we tried it scratched the window or possibly just tint, we were told they would do the tint if it was just that or the window if it was an actual scratch to the window.
