I understand that your wash is a courtesy wash but I was called like 2 hours prior to the car being ready and when I saw my car it was pretty dusty. Also the stereo did not work or anything coming out of the speakers My system had to be reset in order to use anything. Thanks

They did a great job at making it look like it was never hit and I was able to open my door again, but I had a couple issues once receiving the car. The back window on the drivers side was not able to roll up on its own without physically moving it, despite it being fine beforehand. Also, the mirror control switch was messed up but luckily they were able to fix that right away for me. I was told they would fix my window but I haven’t heard anything just yet.

there was an observation...we noticed the level of gas was down nearly 1/4 of the tank, it was brought in full. The paperwork said the mileage out was 75,028 (in was 75,027), the actual mileage on the odometer was 75,128. It appears the car was driven more miles than recorded. Again, this is only an observation, we're happy with the end result.

Overall experience ok but There is a raised paint run on the drivers side front edge of the bumper. The touch up on a few areas is not the same color and rubs right off. The paint warranty causes some concerns.
