Austin was AWESOME! I loved the way he kept us up to date on the status of our repair. The front desk clerk went out of her way to accommodate us (even opening up an umbrella to walk me to my car because it started to rain while I was inside the office). They had someone from Enterprise come pick up our rental. I've had many accidents which meant dealing with a repair shop on several different occasions. I can definitely say that this has been my best experience ever. They EXCEEDED my expectations!!!
