The team was great! Customer service was amazing, from Brooklyn who answers the phone calls to Josh who stayed 10 extra mins at work when I was struck in traffic trying to get there to pick up my car. Definitely would recommend & bring my car back for any repairs.

Customer Service was wonderful. I appreciate the time that they spent fixing my car so that it would be done right and I appreciate them staying in contact with me. Lucy was very professional and knowledgable about the process to fix my car after I was in an accident. She made me feel good about leaving my car in Caliber’s hands. She kept me up to date on the repairs and the estimates, and I was incredibly joyful to hear her voice on the other end of my phone when she told me my car was ready.
