Lucy was very professional and knowledgable about the process to fix my car after I was in an accident. She made me feel good about leaving my car in Caliber’s hands. She kept me up to date on the repairs and the estimates, and I was incredibly joyful to hear her voice on the other end of my phone when she told me my car was ready. The staff in general we’re very pleasant. Thank you for the popcorn!

The young lady at the front desk wasn't the friendliest, but the other lady that evaluated and called me about the completion of my vehicle was the best! She overturned my experience there. I was very pleased with the cleaniness of my vehicle. Job well done Caliber!
