Misty was very professional in providing me with information on my repair. She was very polite. The young lady that answered the phones in the front was professional as well. I received updates on my repair via text. As of now my car drive like it did before the accident. I thank the mechanics for doing a great job sooner than the estimated date. The 9 is because it took longer than expected that took me beyond my rental allowance but the end result was perfect. My vehicle looks and drives like brand new again.

Tire Plus on Thornton Rd did not do what caliber asked them to do. Then they reported that they did repair my tire and alignment. After driving the car I had to return to caliber to get the tire fixed and alignment. When I returned to pick up my car the second time, I was told that the tire was repaired and the alignment was done.
