I was totally pleased with the service I received at Caliber Littleton. I stopped in without an appointment, April greeted me and said she would see if someone was available talk to me. Allan came out, I told him my concerns and went out to look over my car. He set me up with an appointment to have my car looked at more thoroughly. I received an estimate from Allan the next day. I had some extra things I wanted done and they were able to do that too. The parts were ordered and all was done in a very timely manner . I received text messages every single day, about the progress of the repairs. The text message updates daily were very informative and let me know what to expect on a daily basis. Allan was never to busy to answer my calls and concerns. My experience with Caliber was very professional from beginning to completion. Hope I never need repairs again - but if I do, I will definitely go back to Caliber.
