Jason inspected my vehicle thoroughly, explained the damage clearly without using overwhelming jargon, and provided an accurate timeline for repairs. Communication was consistent throughout the experience — I received regular updates by text and email so I never had to wonder about the status of my car. The staff at Caliber Collision helped arrange a rental car, coordinated directly with insurance, and remained transparent about costs and timing. When my vehicle was ready, the results were impressive: the paint matches perfectly, body lines were restored seamlessly, and my car looked as though the accident never happened. The interior was cleaned, the exterior was polished, and Jason walked me through the completed repairs to ensure I was fully satisfied. Leaving I felt relieved, and confident that my vehicle was restored safely and professionally.

Initially I was told by Caliber not to come with the tow truck to drop off my car. But within 30 minutes of the tow truck taking my car I was told to go to Caliber to complete intake paperwork. This was not ideal and I had to scramble to get a rental car and come in before the shop closed. They should have just told me to come with the tow truck. Otherwise things were great.
