Other than the push backs on completion dates being pushed back and my car missing one part (which should hopefully be mailed to me in the near future) chase was really great, he kept me updated and truly went above and beyond.

Caliber Collision made a naturally frustrating situation very seamless. Once my insurance submitted my info, they called ASAP. The staff in Lockhart reached out to me, got everything set up, updated me often, helped navigate my rental car (enterprise brought the rental care from San Marcos and dropped it off at their location), answered questions through out, and they went the extra mile with their customer service as well. I’m so glad we went with them. My car looks great, too. The service was incredibly quick as well. Just all in all a great experience.
