Back bumper looks great. Appreciate the quick turn around. Minor issue was that my drivers side rubber mat with F150 emblem was missing when I picked it up. I never remove it so I'm 100% it was misplaced at the shop when truck was washed. Also appreciate that it was washed before pick-up. Work on bumper , I am thoroughly satisfied.

The headlights are uneven (one faces up while the other faces downward); the front emblem is scratched more so than before; bumper does not fit smoothly; there was grease on the seat inside the car; the driver's door had apparently been leaned against something that caused indentations on the interior armrest (they said it would relax); we had to meet them at a gas station in Martindale about 6:30 to pickup the car on the day the rental expired (they said they would bring the car back to Kyle where we originally dropped the car at Caliber Collision); they failed to report to the rental car company that we had returned the car which then caused 6 days of rental charges to be taken out of our account; we got charged $122 in fuel which included the trip from Lockhart (caliber's facility) to Kyle (Hertz) and do not think we should have been charged for that; overall not the best experience
