the repair part was great job. just shipping and after clean up sucked. Had a fellow DAV and a VFW both said your dripping springs shop was really great work on theirs. but they sent mine out to Lockhart saying would be quicker cause they were swamped . not a problem they also did a outside great job just inside was a mess afterwards

while the over all job looks great the after math sucked. spent over 2 hrs cleaning dust out of inside. black smudges on tailgate interior. even in chair wells under front seats and vents. maybe close up vehicle's while sanding??? or use a leaf blower after done to clean out dust ???

was called about transport van back to dripping springs shop so we are 20 min out went to eat lunch giving them about 1hr plus. showed up at shop and not yet. so asked the front desk if they could call and see where or how far out driver was. she said they have no way of contacting driver. Really? this day in age of cells. your shops don't have ability to contact drivers.... then how do you get one to come and do transport? smoke signals? I suggest she call Lockhart store and see it they have a way. as she was looking up their number driver pulls in with van. Just strange your units have no way to contact shipment drivers in route. or was she just lazy? your call.
