The hatch had a couple of dings and scrapes on it from the impact & they were left untouched. David explained & pointed them out when I picked up the vehicle but I was just curious why they weren’t fixed. Even if they were just buffed out, they weren’t there prior to the impact. Other g try Han that, I was completely satisfied.

Level of care & concern was top of the line other than the rear hatch was untouched even though there were marks on it. Also the front passenger door is dragging/ unaligned.

From day one I took my vehicle both Peggy and Chase were very friendly. Chase walked with me as we examined the damage to my vehicle. He listened to what I had to say and stated he would keep me updated. The repair to my vehicle looks awesome. Chase had my vehicle finished before the date he had told me from the beginning. I would absolutely refer anyone to Caliber.
