I've had the unfortunate luck to need body shop services 3 times in the past 6 months. Fortunately for me, it was never a question on who to take it to. The first time I took it to calibar, I was told to take it there. The next 2 times was by choice and I never regretted it. Thanks to everyone involved with the care of my vehicle. Each job was done perfectly and we were 100% satisfied. At the end of the day a body shop is a body shop, but what makes a customer come back are the employees. And I must say, David has exceptional customer service. He's personable, transparent(which I appreciate), and was on top of follow ups which was key. I rarely questioned the status of my vehicle because David called me with weekly updates around 9:30 like clock work. I cant thank yall enough. You definitely gained a loyal customer & I proudly share my experience with others when they are in search of a body shop. Thanks again!
