Communication was great. Loved the constant updates. Ulysses went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with the car before we took it home and even explained what had been done. We definitely appreciated the solid customer service. Caliber Collision is definitely a place I would recommend to others. Hopefully we won’t be needing your service any time soon. 😉

Great communication between staff and myself. Updates on the vehicle were as predicted or even more than accurate on timing. Caliber Collision literally did give me a little peace of mind for this unfortunate event and the process was very easy, they basically handled everything once my vehicle was In their well trusted mechanics hands. Very Blessed to have choose this shop and well experienced team. Thank you so much guys! I highly recommend this small town shop <3

I'm upset. I waited 6 weeks for my car to be completed. My car is not fixed. I am having to return it back to the shop. It is making noise in the back end, the front passenger side dust cover is rubbing against the caliber, it is pulling to the left when I drive it and there is an engine sensor on that was not on before my accident.

There were some defaults . Over spray on car, moulding on passenger wheel wall loose,no ac,spots on hood.and mazda imbelium loose
